If you read the critique rules, you'll see that you should ask specific questions or point out the things you want critique on.

Personally, I would lose the framing completely. It makes the photo look tacky and cheap to me.
Otherwise I like the model, the pose and the DOF. The background might have become a bit better for my eye if the road wasn't showing in the bottom. It's not too distracting, but it caught my eye all the same.

Is it really a 'fashion' photo with no clothing showing? I don't know what exactly counts, but I would probably call this a beauty shot or something...but that's not that important Just came to my mind.

The lighting looks good and the model definitely has nice eyes which capture the shot but I too wouldn't know this was a fasion shoot without you telling us it was. It is a nice portrait shot in my opinion.

I like, she makes me smile as well, hehehehe. Lose the border and a more uniform background would be a bit better, just like tinge said. There's a bit glow on her face, probably due to make-up, if you like that, leave it. I prefer not to have it so I would use a circular polarizer to remove the glare a bit.

This might be a dumb comment, but where is the fashion? I'm sure you have other pictures showing that :P

The composition is lacking. The picture leaves a lot to be desired. I'd like to see more of her/her clothing. It's kinda odd where the bottom of the pic ended/cropped.

I'm with Milla. What you posted qualifies more as a glamour portrait than anything fashion.

Fashion is about clothing; what you are wearing. Typically in fashion, the model is NOT looking at the camera and if he or she is, the expression is typically stoic, the model doesn't show much in the way of emotion.

Of course, these are just soft rules and all rules are made to be broken. A lot of my fashion photography features models who _are_ looking directly into the lens .. but still, more clothing == fashion.

Guys, I appreciate the comments... Actually, you're right this should be considered as a Glamour shot, since It's my first time to do this shoot I don't know how to put it categorically. Anyway, I'll try to post some shot wich can be considered as Fashion shot and may ask for your inputs again.

I'll also would do a way with the boarder and take note some of the items you've commented. Thanks again for the comments!!!
