Default Sunflower eyes

I think this is good, but I am his mama. So, how is the lighting? It was a quick shot. No step up. Just said his name and took it. Do you think it is good?

What a great expression! I think that his skin looks a bit blue/cool, and maybe a tad bit underexposed? I'm a newbie, so take this with a grain of salt!

Ummm someone will probably tell you you should be more specific about what you want critiqued. Someone else will probably say it would be better if he was looking at the camera and that the background is blown out and/or the window interferes with composition. Someone else might say that the negative space should be on the side he's looking towards. (All stuff I've read on here a few times It looks sharp though which is also good.

Would I frame it for the wall? Probly not, but having said that I have a million of this same type of shot of each of my twins If you like it that's all that matters, and keep shooting lots cause that's how you get the ones you want to frame for the wall TFS

I actually like the way he is looking. I would try to at least sharpen up the eyes and do an unsharp mask on the rest.
Next time, watch your background. I find the window to be a bit of a distraction (I;m just being nit picky here) or at least crop it down where there isnt so much white on the other side of it. Bright areas will always draw the eye away from you main subject.
