Default Twilight Inspired

My daughters are both huge Twilight fans. They wanted me to turn them into Twilight like vampires.

How did I do? Post production ideas that would add to the fun?

While it's a great shot she doesn't look like a vampire.

Just do some selective coloring, and masking. If she had her mouth open, adding fangs is also simple.

On your posted image you should be more careful when painting in a background. It really shows all around her hair.

i like it...the vampires in twilight don't have 'fangs' per se. I think (in my novice opinion) you have done justice to their 'golden colored' eyes. Although I do like the other version as well -- especially the darker lips.

I really like this version (as opposed the version below) being a major twilight geek myself she could be in the movie its so good, beautifully pale, the eyes the perfect shade. All i would add is some bright red "gothic" lipstick

regardless to what anyone says, the thread starters picture to me seems blown out.
Over exposed, try toning it down a touch.

and watch out for the blur around her hair.

try for some DARK red and DARK black makeup, lipstick, all with photoshop.
make a new layer over top the original. make a selection around the lips (pen tool usually the best!) then use a dark colour, soft brush, feather the selection a touch (if you want)
paint over, then go to the layers pallet, above the layer, click on normal, and change the blending mode to something like soft light or over lay, somehting like that.

try it out!

dont forget eye shawdow

Thumbs up

As far as vampires in Twilight go you are pretty much on the mark. The vampires in the movie are very pale with amber eyes and do not show their fangs much. I do however like the black background, it would be interesting to see you image with a black background.

Totally agree it needs a dark background for a vampire pic. Good start though!
