She seems to really be in the moment, while he seems to be posing for the camera. So part of the picture looks natural and the other part staged. The other thing that bugs me is that her head cuts off his mouth and chin. If you could see both of their whole faces I think it would be better. I do really like the coloring though. For me it's just the composition that's off a bit.

i like the background, the coloring, the vignette,...but I am looking for a sharp point of focus and I don't see it...did you intend for it to be OOF/soft? With the male looking directly at the camera it would be nice if at least his eyes were sharp.

dang i wish i had spell cheak...er check

Yeah, i felt the same way about only having half of his head showing. It was hard to get him just to relax and act natural in front of the camera, but i really like how much she was loving on him in this pic. And zona! You bring up a great point. I've been having problem getting a sharp POF for forever, and can't seem to wrap my head around a solution. Any helpful hints?

sure you're not in continous focus, use focus lock or manual focus. I usually have poor results if i a) use a wide focus zone, b)press and hold the shutter for focus lock

I have been using continuous focus... that could be the reason. What do you mean by a wide focus zone?
