does anyone find that annoying ..or would you say its acceptable?

is my cloning noticable?

this took about 3 minutes, so not the hugest effort.. but if there are any ther comments please fire away

i'm new here so take this with a grain of salt...

her hair doesn't bother me so much as the dark shadow on her face. it's one of the first things i noticed. shadows generally don't bother me, i feel they give depth to a photo, but this one is too dark for my taste.

otherwise, i love the photo. and she's beautiful!

Cloning must be fine since I don't see any evidence of it.

The hair doesn't bother me, many pay for that type of look. I do agree, the shadow is a bit much but I like the photo.

I agree that the shadow is a little dark, but otherwise she looks fantastic.

Did you clone out a shadow on the wall? I see some odd lines, but that could just be me looking for the cloning - wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't said anything.

i cloned out a stick poking into her face.. so the wall (to me) still looks a tad mucky.
cant really get it any better than that without spending an hour on it.
but you spotted it.. well done

but cool!
thanks Ladies

Agree with the above. Great portrait of a beautiful model, but the shadow is distracting a bit. Clone is unnoticeable to me.

I hesitate to comment because I've looked at some of candleman's shots and he is lightyears ahead of me, but I'll throw in my 2 cents. I agree with others about the shadow, although it's certainly not horrible.

The other thought that popped into my head is that there either needs to be either more depth of field or less (I can't decide, but I'm leaning toward more so that the flowers are in focus as well). With the flower branches just slightly out of focus it looks like a mistake. And since they're such an important part of the shot's framing, I think it's more important than it might be in some other shots.

Just the shadows on her face are a bit distracting. Mainly the way her left eye I guess kind of drops into the shadow is odd. Other than that, I might make the wall in back fluenty colored. I see some dark spots on it here and there. You are really getting good at your portraits, though! Keep it up.

I guess You take Your shoots in RAW format (?), so open it in Camera RAW, Lightroom or what else and light that shadow a little bit up :-)

This is very nice. I'm on board with preferring a bit of fill on the shadow side. It stands well just as it is too.
