The dress strap on the right side of the frame makes it look like her shoulder has been cut off.

Other than that I like the way her hair frames her face, and her eyes are great.

I love the framing. I second what Wood stated about the strap. The eyes are hypnotic. The tone/contrast is also to my liking. Very nice.

Yes, I was too focused on her eyes, that I have missed the right composition. I must think on that next time. Thanks for useful comments :-)

Yes, the strap is distracting. But the way the photo is composed is very interesting. It's not normal but seems to work in an intriguing way. I can't really describe it, but I like it a lot!

Yes, I try to break the rules of classical composition sometimes. In here I wanted to have her eyes to be the base of this photo. I am glad, that this idea has success :-)
But the strap is distracting though.
