Red face "picture this" black&white done right?

This picture wasn't originally in black and white so I'm not sure if I did this right. Do you think its over exposed? Also
Id like to know what you think about the crop. I tried to go for a portrait crop without cutting to much off of the arms.
Any other comments are appreciated

From what i can percieve, with a human eye, this picture is lovely. It is possible that it's a tad over exposed but then again that could just be my critiking. I love. To put it in a word id say, wow, or maybe 1000.

It's a cute shot! Generally you're not supposed to cut off limbs and yeah the sky is blown out so you lose the top of her hat. I like the rest of the contrast though. TFS
