Default Candlelight in Brugge

Another older picture that I have reprocessed in Capture NX2, imported into Lightroom as a TIF and skin tone adjusted via OnOne's free Lightroom preset. Frame added via Mogrify during Lightroom export. Taken at dinner in Brugge in 2007 with a Nikon D70s and Nikkor 50mm/f1.8 AF-D. Exposure was 1/4, f/1.8 at ISO 200. I like the image (and the subject!) but would like some feedback on the bokeh and color. Suggestions on what to do - if anything - with the hotspot are welcome. Thanks much in advance.
