I think his face is just a little bit too blown out. A little more detail being visible would help.

I agree that his face is too bright. What was the lighting? It seems like something very bright was shot right at his face as there is no detail.

yes the face is too bright. and that half of something in his hand is a little distracting. i would either add it all or remove completely

it was direct sunlight, and he was holding a camera in the picture.
