Default My Family Xmas card

ok so here is my card I am open to suggestions as to what to change I have added some vignetting to the image, (not sure if it is to dark) not sure if I like the way the text looks.

here is the card.

let me know what you think would look better so I can make final adjustments before having 50 of these things printed up.

thanks

Hi Jason,

My initial response is to agree with you that it's a little too dark...then I'd add that the white balance could be adjusted. It might be my laptop screen, but your white shirts have a bluish tinge to them.

Just a couple of quick adjustsments are all and Congratulaitons on the beautiful new addition to the family. I'm sure you'll find that you have a new passion in photography... babies and children.

I agree with PamEli.

It seems way under exposed, and the WB does make your whites look blue.

I'd either run it thru PS, or reshoot it.

yeah it was a bit dark and the whites were bluish.

here is my revised version.
redid the vignetting and tried to warm up the whites a bit.

I am happy with the results.

I am goning to reshoot the photo. I just messed around with the white balance in my camera and set it to RAW I think I will get better results. I have the white balace dialed in on the camera.

now if I can get the baby with his eyes open looking at the camera it would be perfect.

I will post the other photo later today once the wife gets ready and what not.

congratulations (late but nm lol)

its a good idea for a card

what about adding a frame or something to the image instead of the vignetting to help lighten it up a bit?

Xtinas Scrappeverden: Photoshop Frame 4 something like that just Xmas themed snow flakes for example
