a candle

i took this picture in my hostel room and the light used is a single candle. i have consciously tried to get the effect of silhouette. i would like to know how good is the lighting in it?

One can not see the eyes.So i would say you need more lighting.

I think more light from behind would have given a better silhoullette.

if your going for a silhouette, your background needs to be brighter than your foreground. So, stick the candle behind instead of to the side, and you're good to go! This is still a neat picture though.
