The apple of my eye

I took this picture of my daughter the other day planning to give it to her preschool teacher for Christmas. Does the selective colouring work, or should I stick with the colour version? Any other suggestions are welcome as well. Thanks!

I like the selective colour one, it looks really nice. The blur on your daughter face looks unnatural, did you PS it? If yes, I would have made it a little softer. Great shot though.

I like the selective color but the orton effect does not work on this image I think. I would also pay more attention to the backgrounds so you can try and position her or the camera to reduce distracting elements in the background (The window).

I think if you blacken out the background a bit more, it'll help her stand out and make it a bit more dramatic.
