How can I improve the lighting?

I used a monolight with a 24"x36" softbox fired with a wireless remote. The strobe is directly in front of the subject.

lighting looks ok, a bit flat but it's even. your color blance is off however, unless that is a pink sheet?
so how can you improve it> add a bit of depth dimention by moving that soft box to one side or the other (typically 45 degrees off axis and adjust from there). You're looking to add some shadow to give a feeling of depth. If you go to far to the side with the light you end up with too much shadow...good on men, no so good on the ladies
But if you like the stronger shadows that ok, you can fill in the deep shadows with a reflector.
