First Cake... MMMMM

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her first birthday cake. This was the best out of all the pictures I took and was wondering if the color looks right? I bumped up the sharpness and cropped out a little dead space around her. I'm just not convinced on the color.

What a fantastic shot!! She's so beautiful - and such a great memory!
I was playing with the colour on this, thinking you might be trying to warm it up some (try saturation and a little contrast), when I got an idea...
This might not be something you are focused on because you are thinking about colour, but when I saw her eyes in black and white they really stood out.
I cropped a little tighter as well, this might not be to your liking at all, just something different!
(You can even go a little farther with contrast/bright)
Again, excellent shot - love the finger!!

I like the Black and White even better than the color. Her eyes have even more of a pop as you stated. Thanks for the great idea and edit pix_e_l8.
