Occasionaly your exif information will be lost if you have done a bunch of processing on it

It's weird because it's not even telling me what camera I took it with. I know it was a Nikon D80, 50mm lens, prob on 1.8 cause it was indoors, but I can't remember the rest. Just remembered that I brought the original with me to work I will insert the exif data.

It wont tell you anything if you done work to it. A lot of work anyway. You'll even notice that if you ever use textures from someones web site that sometimes your exif information is now the textures exif.

I only cropped and played with levels. It seems to only be the pictures I uploaded to Flickr today, which is equally weird because one of them is SOOC except for cloning some dirt off of a wall. Other pics that I have done work to PP they still have the data. Ooooh I just realized why. These aren't from the actual camera. I had them on my website, then took them from there and uploaded to Flickr. So they were essentially posted to a non-photography website that won't keep the data.

Now that is strange.
Now back to your photo, have you considered a closer crop to get rid of the drink?
