A lovely moment you captured

The dappled light has caused some distracting highlights, and the black & white is somewhat dark for my tastes, but the shot is quite nice. I'd avoid shutter speeds that low in future if I were you though.

Was there something in particular you wanted critique on?

Maybe, try cropping out the tree - to get rid of visual distraction. Otherwise, very nice.

Great shot,perfect timing. You are loosing some detail in the dogs face due to shadows.

Beautiful moment...I agree with the darkness and splotchy light/shadows. Armondo, I absolutely LOVE what you did with the shot!

But i think that you need more light. Photophix has done quite the right thing.
