Heyas!

You've got a nice picture here... exposure, white balance, focus and lighting are all spot on. Some people might take issue with the crop (you can't see her right elbow), but it doesn't bug me personally. On my monitor it looks a tad bit oversharpened, and I might have had her brush her hair a bit farther off to her right, so it doesn't cover her eye. A hair light might have added a bit as well... other than that, nice work.
