As some general comments, I think this is a fantastic photo. I really like the crop, and I get a strong sense of emotion from him. Well done. The only thing I would nit-pick is where the focus fell. It seems to have fallen on his hand. I think if the focus were on his face/eyes, it would have more of an impact.

I think it is a wonderful shot. There is definitely an emotion going on.
Besides the points mentioned above, the highlight on the right draws my attention. It is kind of too bright there. It would be even better if the light is evenly spread over. |
