why does it have to have Bokeh?

I have to say I really enjoy this pic. I like the tilt,the over exposure,the "blow out". everything. Its nice to see people experimenting and finding out what works for them as a photographer.

I didn't much care for either the blown highlights or the odd angle of the couple, tho
it looks as if the couple are a little friendly. I can't explain that, but it's the
feeling I get. Cannot even say that it looks "edgy" if you see what I mean. It looks
as if it's been left very undone to me. A snap rather than a photo
