Default B&W Top Body Shot.

Let me know what areas of the photo need work. I'm slowly teaching myself photography and photoshop. I think I need work on lighting. What do you think?

I'm no master at lighting myself, but your lighting looks pretty flat to me - I can't see any detail/shadows/depth in the face. Also the harsh shadow against the backdrop is pretty distracting to me.

Yes. The shadow outline is not good for me.
