I agree with the comments here. It's a lovely photograph.

But, since there's no face there, it looks to me like a photograph of an object. And if I look at it as an object ... it's just a thing. So I see it as more a product photograph of the model's garments.

What if you managed to include just the merest hint of the model's face, to make it more of a portrait? Would that add even more intrigue? Or would it subtract from what others are seeing here?

One flash from back, to bring up the bodylines (but not the details) might have given more personality to the subject. I have to try it in the future. Too bad I only have one flash , for now I still kinda like the face not showing, though.

Thanks for the comments

Sorry if i'm being too anal. The light on her right shoulder and upper breast is brigther than the light on her abs. The brighter light draws my eyes to her right breast or upper shoulder. If that's the goal, then you achieved it.

The light on her right ab is very nice. Its even and doesnt change intensity. I think if it was even all the way up to her shoulder, this picture would look better. Personally, i'd go in and lower the intensity on her shoulder to even it out.

Just my opinion. =)

Very powerful shot. I think it is great the way you delt with the light. I'd be interested in seeing just a tad more light on her face. Not enough to actually see or recognize her, just enough to outline it.
