Default I can feel You !!

Well,I was reading the article "5 Keys to Beautiful Maternity Photography " and asked myself if in this portrait where eyes are closed it is a good portrait?
What do You consider about this shot?

errrr.. its a nice shot,
but if the eyes are closed she sould be looking away from the camera.. like down at the baby.

haveing "face" contact with closed eyes feels un-natural.

nice backlighting otherwise.

I like the backlighting. I would have done it differently. The eyes looking down to the belly. There is something wrong about this shot. Maybe if you shoot it from a different angle....dutch tilt or something....

I agree with imik. I like it. Especially with the sunlight in her hair it gives a wonderful effect and the closed eyes just emphasize that. The image is sharp the white is pure, I can see a 'mom-to-be' simply basking in the glow of her pregnancy and dreaming of the life inside her.

Default Hi!

Just to thank to: candleman, Fotogreen, imik & genielamb for comment.
When she requested that I photograph her, I did not have any experience in this type of portra
it, but believe that the spontaneity of the moment and her beauty compensated my inexperience.
Thanks again
Regards

the lightning was just right, you see that glowing highlight on her hair, its just beautiful... i would agree that she should be looking at her belly...
