Cool Painter (Candid shot)

I went to the flemming Wind Mill near my house for a few shots last week and there were a dozen painters using the mill as a subject so i decided to use one of them as a subject without telling.

What do you think of the composition of the shot?
No croping and no PP has been done, any suggestions?
any other suggestions are more than welcome.

I think it would be more effective if you also had the windmill in the picture. You know what it was they were looking at; most of us are just seeing someone looking at a picture of a windmill and missing the link to the real-life subject of the painting.

I have to agree with Wulf , Martin , having a nice DoF with the blurry windmill in the background would have made it more interesting than the tree trunk , and would have been a classic capture , all the same nice shot . All the best mate .
