Default Comments on highlights in hair and skin tone

Do the highlights in his hair look blown out? I adjusted the exposure in RAW then levels in Elements Editor . Does it look underexposed overall? Maybe making his skin tone too light? Just got a new book on Elements and I've been practicing.

Copy of Caiden practice

Yeah, the highlight in his hair is blown out big time. The rest of the shot is fine. The skin tones look natural to me.

Beautiful eyes! Adorable boy! I love the lighting. His skin looks perfect. The hair is a little blown out but doesn't take away from the shot at all in my opinion.

Thank you for your comments. He is my grandson and I agree, of course, that he is adorable. The streak through his eyes is a reflection of the railing on the dock we were standing on.
