Pretty girl, and decent colors. Her nose looks bigger due to lens distortion, you needed to be farther back if you were going for a normal fashion portrait. Lighting seems kindof odd- on camera flash? If you had any specific questions it would help guide the critique. as would exif data. Right now I see mardigras clubbing pic, not so much a fashion portrait.

i agree with above i also think the photo looks very grainy and that seems to give it a dirty appearance.
but im no expert just my 2 cents.
