Hi all Mostly a lurker here. But today decided to post and see if I can get any tips. This was taken in the evening. Loving my new XTI but have noticed it takes alot better photos when increasing exposure a lil. Does this crop work? what about the white balance? Been experimenting in manual mode and I Love it.. Anyways, Thanks for looking.

I like the crop. Beautiful girl, btw! White balance seems a little blue, but I have a hard time fine tuning that for some reason, so not sure how much you might want to adjust it. She seems a little OOF, which is probably due to the slower shutter speed. Most people can get away with 1/125 or so. I have to make sure it's a couple stops faster than that for me.

Beautiful pic of a beautiful girl.

I like the crop/composition, no problem there. It seems a slight bit overexposed. I find a slight underexposure increases color saturation (but I use nikons). I think a little warmer would be better. AndI wish the focus on her eyes was sharper.
