![]() I'm participating in the 100 strangers project (http://www.100strangers.com). This is my second stranger. I obviously did some post processing in Lightroom. I like the effect but I'm wondering if it's too much. I'm also wondering how this works in general? Good portrait? Should I have composed better? Thoughts and criticism greatly appreciated. Tech: Shot with a Canon Rebel XTi and a 50mm f1.8 lens. Going for a gritty tough look. Thanks! Last edited by TMWheelock; 11-18-2008 at 06:00 PM. |

I really like this. I think the only thing that would make it better is if the background wasn't so bright.

Nice portrait but I'm not keen on the PP you did on the background. Makes him look pasted on.

Dig it. I would love to see this toned to one color and give it that daguerreotype look.
