Default Bounce Flash

This photo is one of my first attempts at indoor portrait photography using bounce flash. I used a Nikon D80 with a 18-135mm, F/L was 32mm. Shutter was at 1/60, exposure was Auto. The flash was the SB-600. Please give me on your opinion(s) on my use of this technique.

Nice shot, the light seems balenced well. Great job shooting the glasses.

I'm wondering what you bounced the flash off of, as to not get any shadows from the mans hat.

I agree......nice shot. When shooting someone with glasses, you usually don't want the glasses to break the cheek line. In other words, you want the cheek to cover the entire glasses. Sometimes there's a distortion of the cheek due to the lens.
