Did you have her standing in front of a regular wall? If so (or even if it's a back drop) if you place them further away from the background it gets blurry so you can't see the details or cracks in the paper, or rips or dimples, etc... : )

White balance looks blue to me.
I'd take down the blemishes significantly further unless the client requested otherwise. My philosophy is that transient skin issues should be removed but permanent issues (moles, scars, whatever) should be left in (though occasionally reduced in impact). Vignetting is a bit heavy and sharp for my taste. Expression looks a bit forced as well.
