Welcome to DPS. You will find there are many here willing to provide good feedback. You will get a much better response if you follow the Critique Forum Rules. Secondly, many do not click a link; therefore, it is best to post the image to the thread. Many have Flickr accounts to do just that.
As for your image. I like the compostion and general feel of the image. I think the B&W works very well. The focus on the main subject is soft or missed. Keep at it and take advantage of all the tutorials here.

hi...thnx...I have problems focusing as you pointed out...my lens doesnt hav a vr/is ..and also I have a very small viewfinder...so sometimes when I think I have focused and click...after I watch it zoomed in ...its not sharp enough...what is a good solution for it?

There is a general rule to follow. A ratio of focal length to shutter speed. This ration should be at least 1:1. If your focal length is 80mm then the shutter speed should at a MINIMUM be 1/80. Also good hand holding technique is required.
