Default Lighting Help

OK, I just got my new home "studio" set up. I took this as a test shot with my wife, but she didnt have enough time for me to try different lighting setups. Can you give me your overall opinion on lighting for this picture.

I used an SB800 in a brolly box elevated to her front and right, a 430ex ii in a shoot through umbrella behind, elevated and to her rear left for hair and background separation, and a 43" silver reflector to her front left to put light back into that side of her face.

Im not too concerned with colors or comp since this was just an unplanned quick test, although any tips would be appreciated.

Shot:
40mm
f\5.6 (think I could have gone wider and separated the background a little more)
1/200

that looks pretty darn good. Your rim /hair light is about perfect, nice edge and didn't blow out her hair detail. Nice soft shadows on the fill side. Overall exposure is good, details in the blacks...what's not to like

Is it me or something wrong with the camera-right eye - it's bulging on my monitor. Looks like the iris was photoshopped to make it whiter and the other was left out as is?

Yes, I used Iris Enhance with the adjustment brush. For some reason it altered more on the one eye. This seems to happen in a lot of my photos. I guess I should do each one individually rather than two at a time.
