It's a little blurry, the color is off ( look at the pillow.) Also, Is there any reason your shutter speed is 1/40? I'm assuming there wasn't a lot of natural light available?

The pillow is accually of that strange color, do you think I could fix the blur by photoshop without loosing the pixels, or that would be to much to ask.

You haven't actually said what you specifically want critique on so I'll touch on composition.

I like how the girl is standing in this shot, almost posing but not trying too hard. However try to get down to her level, drop to one knee so you are eye level with her. At the moment it looks like a standard adult height snap.

Be aware of distracting elements in the frame such as the chair/clothes-stand on the left. You could've either moved it or moved her to get that away from her. It is distracting and doesn't add to the picture. Also those purple balloons in the background look like they are growing out of her head. If you had've shot from lower you may not have seen these. Either that or take them away.

Isolate your subject from the background. In this case you could've moved the girl a step closer to the camera, this would've moved her further from the background, putting it more out of focus - also making it less distracting.

I think the blur in your photo is actually out of focus and there is not much you can do to fix that in PP. Your exif data says Nikkor 50mm 1.4, is this the max aperture of the lens or the actual aperture you used? If its the aperture you used then I'm curious as to why you have such high ISO in what appears to be a well lit area.

If you've read this far and you'd like to have another go at the shot here is my advice....
1. Remove any distracting elements from the scene - chairs, balloons etc.
2. Get down to eye level with your model, much more natural looking.
3. Move her a few steps forward, away from the background. And move yourself closer, try for a head & shoulders shot. She is a pretty girl and deserves to be seen closer.
4. Take your aperture setting up to f2 and make sure your focus is on her eyes.

Good luck, look forward to seeing more.

Blur caused by slow shutter speed is near impossible to fix in post.

Try shooting in manual about 1/150 shutter or faster.
