Default Egyptian nubian

This is one of my favorite shots on my recent trip to Egypt. He was the ,,driver" of the felucca I sailed with on the Nile in Aswan, on the way to a nubian village.

Egyptian Nubian
ISO 200
f/5.6
1/640s
94mm (55-210 lens)

I would appreciate any critique, general opinions, what could've been done better; actually everything...Thank you in advance and a happy new year!!!

This could be an interesting shot but you didn't expose for your subject, leaving him extremely under exposed compared to the background.

This is one of the places where a pop-up flash can actually improve a photograph. Some fill flash will pick up the foreground exposure while leaving the background correctly exposed.
