Did you have a specific question for critique or should this be in SYS?

Yes, but I was so excited I forgot to put it on here. Is the blur to much? It was done in photoshop, and do you think her dress which is red, would be to much if I left it in color?

The blur doesn't look right for lens blur. There's much more blur on the lower parts of the picture than on the upper parts and it looks like a mistake rather than an artistic effect to me.

Selective color is very much a taste thing. FWIW, I cordially despise it in almost every case. In particular, when there are people in the photo and their skin is B&W while there is selective color as well, the people tend to look like zombies.

Lose the blur, bump up the blacks a touch (or contrast or clarity, or mix of all 3) and you will have a far nicer image.

I don't like it to much but some people it seems to be a favorite. I am going to re work it and see what I can do. Thanks!
