Not lame at all. More interesting composition than many I've seen.

I used to feel like you about sp's, but for some reason, I actually kind of enjoy them now. This is a really cool shot! I like the idea, and it's not one you see very often! I would try again, and frame the mirror a little more loosely in the shot. Make it off centered with the head of it in preferably in the upper left quadrant of the frame. This would offset your face coming in to view from the right. If that makes any sense. Also, I would up the exposure a little. It looks a little underexposed. Great effort though! I really like it!
It reminded me of this. On the top right corner of the page. Joel Brodsky photos from Snap Galleries |

Hmmm... I like it! I think you have a good idea here, it's creative. Great job with the focusing! I like how the mirror is blurred.
Oh and I like your hair. I wish my hair were light brown, I always have liked that color of hair.Just a couple things that I think could improve it- I think you should try giving it a little more space around the edges. You know, not cutting the edges of the mirror off. I would try cloning out that purple thing in the left corner, it's a bit distracting. (Is that your shoulder? lol) And if you ever try this again, I would clean the mirror off before taking the picture. I noticed a few fingerprints on it, lol. They're not that bad, though, so it's not that big of a deal. ![]() Well, I may have to try something like that, it looks pretty neat! ![]() P.S. You're really supposed to include your exif data with your picture... just noticed that there wasn't any.
