Welcome to DPS. This is the right place to ask,but you must read the Forum Rules. You'll get a lot more responses if you follow them.

The picture looks underexposed and out of focus. You could try fixing the exposure and sharpening the picture in PS, but it's not the same as getting the right exposure and your subject in focus when you're actually taking the picture. So, if you could re-shoot, it would be better.

This is going to be a hard fix. The underexposure can be helped, but then it's going to be very noisy when you do it. The uneven lighting on the face is even trickier as there is a yellow cast or yellow light reflection on the left side of her face. That high ISO is not helping with the noise, either.

You will need to get this re-edited using the RAW file. That is, if this was shot with Raw and not jpeg. There's not much you can do with jpeg as far as editing goes, but you can go further with Raw.

I've done a very quick edit to give you an idea what could possibly happen if you re-edit. Since this is a jpeg, the quality is not very good at all and again, you will do heaps better with a raw file if available.

What is also a shame is that it seems that she has lighter eyes than what it shows on the photo - are they blue or dark blue? When you try to lighten the eyes, it shows lightness. But I couldn't really lighten it as it looks terrible when I tried. I'm not very good with editing and someone better may come along and do a better job.

Sorry I couldn't be much help. To me, this is a lost photo, really, unless there's a raw file.

Cheers,

Grace
