Hair Salon / High Fashion Shot Critique Please :)

Hey Everyone! Just finishing up some of my PP for a photo shoot I had at a hair salon and one of the stylists really wanted a high fashion look for her models. I really enjoyed the shoot and think the shots came out really well. I just wanted to get some critique mainly on lighting and post production. Let me know what you think, any critique is welcome and appreciated!

I think the exposure is a little too high on the centermost model, just right on the one on the right and the one on the left is just flat and sticks out because the lighting doesn't look the same at all as on the other two. The uneven and random vignetting doesn't work for me either. I would make it even and round or get rid of it completely.
