Its my sweet baby girl again - Exposure/Colors??

OK so here is another picture with plenty more to follow I'm sure, of my beautiful Ella Kate. Is it overexposed and is the flash bouncing off the ceiling to bright on her face?

This was also shot in Shutter priority I think. (the one where you control the shutter and it controls the aperture)

It's not bad at all!! In fact I like it! And I don't think it is too bright on her face..

I like the exposure and the focus looks good.

I think the pose and composition leaves a bit to be desired. I find the tufted toy in the foreground distracting and I don't really get a good feel or her or her personality from this viewpoint if you know what I mean. Maybe it's the sideways face makes it hard to connect with her. I find myself turning my head to try and see her better.

I realise you can't "pose" kids. Just my thoughts on this photo.

Yea that toy annoys me too. I didn't even realize it until after I took the picture.
