Default Only One More Critique..(hopefully)

OK, I'm going to blow up this image to a 16x20, but when I looked at it, the photographer had taken it at 1600 ISO. I cleaned it up a bit, & enhanced the colors (hopefully not too much). I need some critique, to make sure I have it looking its best. It was very grainy because of the ISO so I softened it, made the blue & yellow more vibrant, whitened her teeth a little & enhanced her tan. Please let me know if I went overboard or if it looks "fake". Thanks.

Wait. So, you're not the photographer, and you are re editing, and printing their images? Do you have their consent to do this?

Yes, the photographer is a friend of mine & gave me the disc with all the images, and she told me I could go to Costco & get the image enlarged, but I found a groupon, so that's where I'm going to use it. But yes, absolutely..I would NEVER infringe on a photographer's copyright. Thanks for checking though! I see you're in Asheboro, I'm actually in High Point. Hi neighbor!
