I think you've just missed the focus on her eyes. Her hand is sharper than her eyes. Quite a small f/stop you used, therefore, tricky focusing. I've seen your work, though, so I'm sure you're aware of this

I like the conversion. I think it would be better, though, if her face was exposed a little more as I do find it a little under.

Her smile is a little awkward as it seems hesitant or unsure. Something to keep in mind when posing people.

You do great work so this is just a little tweak that you'll perfect in your next attempt, I'm sure.

Cheers,

Grace

Nice shot. Although, the first thing I noticed was that she looks kind of stiff, and her face makes it look like she's a little unsure of herself.
I like the B&W conversion. It could just be me, but maybe with a little more contrast.
I like the crop, all except for her head being cut off at the top. Usually I would say to follow the rule of thirds, but I like this crop. It just seems to suit this picture.

Hope I helped you out...

+1 to this. The first thing I noticed was her head being cut off at the top. I also like the conversion, but think it is just a tiny bit flat & could do with a bit more contrast. JMHO.

I think maybe using an ISO200 might have helped a little in the sharpness of her eyes, i think everything else however looks great! nice work!

Mabye it's just me, but I keep getting distracted by that big honkin' ring.

She's a lovely girl, but the ring being so close to her face pulls my attention away from where it should be.

No it's not just you

This is why when doing portraits, you have to be careful with jewelries as most of them tend to be shiny and yes, distract. It also doesn't help that the focus is on the finger and not the eyes.
