Hi Lorry,
I went ahead and embedded the photo for you. Makes it easier for everyone to see without having to click on a link that opens another window. Remember, you can embed it by getting the link and then clicking on the ![]() As for the photo. Is it 'good'? Yeah, I'd say it's good. Does it blow me away? No. Would parents pay for this happily? Yes, I think many would. The main issue I have with your image is the composition which cropped out the limbs of the child. Makes it feel too tight and awkward for me. Lighting seems nice. Image seems sharp. Background, especially the dark strip at the top a little distracting, but not a huge deal (to me). All in all it's a good image that I imagine most parents would be happy with (and in the end they matter more than what we fellow photogs think). So yes, this image is 'good'. The thing that is more important, in my opinion at least, is not whether this image is 'good' (it is), but whether or not you can consistently deliver 'good' (or preferably great) results for each shoot. If this is the level that you are consistently outputting, that's great. If not, and this was a lucky/random shot.. then you need to establish your ability to reproduce at least good results every single time. I hope that helps? |

When you say click on the "?" there is only an "red x"??? so not quite sure what to press once I've copied the link. It just comes up in a new window and I've copied the address and pasted it but it just comes up with the address. Sorry to be a pain.

OOps.. what you want to do is click on the button above where you're typing that is yellow and looks to have a mountain and a sun in it, then when that opens another window, you cut and paste your links into it and hit ok. That's what I did to embed your photos. First I clicked on your photos so that they opened them in another window. Then I copied the url from the address bar above. For example, i took the link in your last post (http://digital-photography-school.co...0365-color.jpg) and paste it into the space after clicking on that yellow button above the area where you are typing your post (you can't see it until you create or reply to a post) that is between the envelope and the quotation box and, boom:
