First ever black & white - Young thai girl with grandfather

Hey guys,

This is my first photo that im putting up to be critiqued. It's a photo of a young thai girl with her grandfather and was taken a while back but only just got around to posting it.

It's my first ever black and white ever and want to know how i done, it was taken in color and converted to black and white in lightroom.

I like this very much. It's a compelling image. I like the blur of the man and the clear face of the child. I would be tempted to crop out a bit of the stuff on the right. I like the bottles but find the white bowl a little distracting. Well processed! Her front cheek and back eye give a nice contrast.
