Default Pretty woman on bench

Just getting started in the photography business and wanting to learn by my mistakes, looking for honest feedback on my work.

Hello.

I'm sure you may get a better response if you posted following the Critique Forum Rules. One photo at a time with a specific question along with EXIF information.

Posting the photo on the thread promotes responses as many folks won't click a link.

Had a quick look and the 1st pic it loaded up had your watermark right across the woman's face

I would advise either moving the watermarks somewhere more discreate or coming up with a much more transparent one.

Tbh I never watermark... I know a lot of people do but I think its pretty pointless... If someone's going to steal my pics they will do anyway regardless of a watermark that can be edited out. You're much better off disabling right click on a website IMO.

Two quick basic recommendations.

1.) When you are posing groups think about creating geometrical shapes with your groupings. It helps add interest and structure to your portrait images.

2.) For the ones where he is wearing his hat, you need some fill flash to light up his face so that the lighting on his face matches the rest of the group.
