Why did you choose that ISO setting?

She's a cute girl, and the framing is nice... however, did you do any post processing? The saturation seems really high, especially in the blues.

Framing overall is pretty nice, I'm personally not a fan of losing the top of her head. I would trade the top of her head for less of the juice box.
The highlights on the (camera) left side of her head look blown or too hot.
Most of her face is in shade, and I believe underexposed, probably where the blue came from.
More light on her face would help, you could use a bit of fill light from flash, or a reflector.
Keep shooting.

It's a lovely shot. If you can recreate the same conditions, try shooting with these settings: f/5.6, @1/125, ISO 100. Use a reflector on the shadow side to bring some light into her eyes (maybe, with the reflector, you could bring down the exposure a half of stop or a stop, to prevent the top of her forehead from blowing out), and go easy with the saturation slider.

I played around with it a little and cut down on the saturation, is the color better?
