Default Maternity Photoshoot

Hello,

I just learned how to use my Nikon D70 and decided to practice on my friends who are expecting. I have a few pictures in the Photobucket album and would love all the critique that you are willing to provide. I have the 50mm/1.8 lenses.

You know, I like this image. I think it tells a little bit of a story there. I really like how you blurred the soon-to-be-parents and only kept the shoes in focus .I also like the interaction going on between the two in the background.

A simple shot, but I think it works.

Good job!

I like this picture. The only thing I would have done is put the shoes in more focus and had more of the woman's belly in the background (i.e. different angle). Other than that, I think it's a cute picture!
