Default Chloe with face in hands

I took this inpromptu shot of Chloe wearing her new gymnastics leotard today. Question are:

a) How is the pose? I did crop slightly as she was laying in the floor and her foot looked like it was growing out of her head slightly lol!

b) How is the lighting? She was facing a northfacing window. I do like the catchlights in her eyes

c) How is the compostion?

Overall, anything I could improve on. ie post processing (not my strong point at all - less is more for me ).

The color is nice and vibrant.. love that red hair!!

Pose wise, if I was doing a straight on photo like this, I would of chosen the hand furthest from the camera, here probably the one camera left, and had that one stay up and then tucked her other hand behind her other elbow, for me when i do this pose, the kids squish their cheeks and its hard to get them not to do that. :-)

I like the colors and the lighting. I think the pose is cute too. Only thing I would have done differently is to take the photo at eye level, it might have been more interesting.

Thanks for the replies and critiques. Yes she does have amazing hair. She hates it though! I keep telling her that it helps her stand out from the crowd

I did take this shot while I was sitting on the couch so maybe next time get down lower! I'll remember that next time.

+1 on what Samutsim said. Taken at eye level would have been better in my opinion.
