Again with environmental portraits, I know I been posting much lately, but you know how it is, you're desperate for feedback

For this one, I'm asking, is the subjects hands interesting enough, I went for a relatively slower shutter to have movement in his right hand, did it work with the specks to convey an authentic mood, or is it just another regular photo?

any feedback on the BW conversion is most welcome, and anything else you see I'm all ears

OK. Maybe it's just me-- but if my subject is the hand, I'd like it to be as sharp as possible(i.e. no motion blur). I think the B&W conversion could use a bit more contrast. But like I said, it's a matter of taste. Nothing more than my 2 pennies.
