Nice shot. I like the expression on the man's face. I think the picture could use some sharpness, it looks just a little soft to me.

Well, first, I would have tried to get more of the two people in the picture, by zooming out, so that you could see more of them. It's a bit distracting how their shoulders are cut off. If we could see their hands, then we would be able to tell what they are really doing, and you could see the whole guitar, their instruments, ect. With just their faces in the picture, I can't really tell that it is actually singers warming up, it just looks like a portrait of two people.
Now I know that you can't change that now that it's already been taken, those are just some tips you can try next time.

The background is pretty distracting. I know you said that you couldn't change the background, (I can understand that!) but there is a way to kind of blur out the background while you're taking the picture. I think you have to change the Aperture, but I don't know how you would do it with your camera. Hopefully someone with the same camera as yours will come on here and tell you how to do it. I'm not an expert at that sort of thing.

You can blur out the background on the computer, when you're editing your photo. I don't know what editing program you use, but I used Picnik.com for this edit. I just did this quick example to show you what I mean.
I think it would really help your picture if you tried it. It makes the background a little less distracting, and brings your attention more towards the people. I also sharpened it a bit.

Like I said, this was a kinda quick editing job. If you tried it, you could take more time and make it look nicer, and make it look however you wanted it.
