Photo Info:

Camera: Canon 7D
Lens: Canon 28-135mm
Filter: Promaster Digital UV
ISO: 800
53mm
f/5
1/1600
WB: Flash from camera

Thanks in advance!!!

I would frame it better to not crop her and his elbows and other body parts, as well as for the cane I would crop it a bit less to show the top end part of the cane. I would also bump up a touch of the contrast, and for my taste I would clean up her scars (arms and maybe face too?).

As for looking at your EXIF

ISO: 800
f/5
1/1600

I would lower your ISO to 100, and your shutter to 1/140th - 1/160th
