Hi, I only have Photoshop Elements and Lightroom. Have no idea how to edit this many spots off of new baby. (They are totally normal for newborn!) I've tried Portrait Professional as a trial, but not with much luck. Any ideas that wouldn't take forever to do? Am thinking about getting the Topaz Labs programs. Would any of those work? Thanks.

Since these are natural I don't know if you have checked with the parents about their thoughts to remove them completely.
Either way, if you want to, lessen them try to look for some tutorials to soften the skin. In LR, may be you can try using adjustment brush with lesser clarity on the major portions of baby's back |
